2. Products & Pricing

All prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change product designs, prices and availability at any time without prior notice. Product images are for illustration purposes; actual colours may vary slightly due to screen display and fabric production.

3. Orders & Payment

When you place an order, you will receive an order reference and a confirmation email once payment is successfully processed via our payment gateway, CHIP. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors or stock unavailability — in which case a full refund will be issued.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped within 7-10 working days after payment is confirmed. Delivery timeframes provided by couriers are estimates and not guaranteed. You can check your order status anytime using the Track Order page with your order reference.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Returns, replacements and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.
